Yes, that is possible via Klarna. You can choose this payment option during the checkout process. Klarna will send you an invoice 14 days after receiving your package.

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time to the United Kingdom is 2-4 business days. We ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
Your package will be delivered, if possible, to your mailbox or to your neighbors. After a second failed delivery attempt, it will be sent to the pickup point.

What should I do if I have tried on or worn the underwear?
You can try on BOXR Underwear products as much as necessary to make a purchase, just as you would in a physical store. Used items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Make sure the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have had the packaging removed, or show other signs of wear, depreciation will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

What is the return period?
At BOXR Underwear, you always have the option to return your order within 14 business days after receiving the package. Make sure to return the products unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with the original packaging. Keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

The best temperature for washing is thirty / forty degrees. We recommend adhering to this to extend the lifespan of our products.
Can bamboo clothing go in the dryer?
We recommend to not put bamboo products in the dryer.
Can I use fabric softener?
It is not harmful to the product if fabric softener is used. However, using fabric softener is not necessary. The product is naturally very soft and does not lose its softness during washing.

No, our products are only available in our webshop.
Do you also sell bamboo clothing for women?
Our collection mainly consists of clothing for men. However, there are items that can also be worn by women, such as our socks.
