At BOXR Underwear, you always have the option to return your order within 14 business days from the shipping date. Make sure to return the products unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

You can try on BOXR Underwear products as necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a physical store.

Used items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, with removed packaging, or show signs of wear, a depreciation fee will be applied to the total refund amount.

The return costs are at your own expense.

Exchanging is not a problem at all. Ensure that you exchange the products unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Exchanges can be made through our return portal.
